well-trained staff, panoramic views of the amazing mountains, everything is absolutely fine. we stay in double room quite often, it is neat and brand-new. a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators are a nice touch. the service is very good, includes good parking. what is more, free wi-fi works in all rooms. loved our 2 days in this hotel, nothing too much trouble.

provided breakfast was varied with baba ganouah in the middle east and honey and bananas, exceeded our expectations. the room was brand-new & beautifully maintained together with a boiler and good view on petra and a spacious bathroom. location: the hotel was near the property's restaurant as well as the downtown of petra.

As for me, rooms were good-sized with mountain views, they offered wake-up service. The location was favourable and perfect as for me, adjacent to Petra and all the facilities in Wadi musa, and the airport.

What's great and what's not

A cute family feel, the entire staff was so kind, helpful and warm! Breakfast was amazing , and great value.

The room had WiFi reception only near the door, and towels were a bit grubby with bedding having cigarette burns.

Had an awesome stay with my family! The pool and hammam were great spots to unwind after our day trips. Just a bit of a mix-up with the Wi-Fi, but it didn't dampen our fun at all. 😊

We enjoyed our stay with my son's family. The breakfast was fantastic and offered great value, and the staff was warm and friendly. The hotel has a lovely family vibe.

The location is fantastic for visiting the ancient ruins and another beautiful site nearby. The staff is friendly and the amenities, like the sauna and parking. Highly recommend checking out the Hammam for relaxation after a busy day exploring.

One downside was the Wi-Fi reception, which only worked well near the door. It was a bit frustrating when we needed it in the room.
